Place the air purifier in a room that matches its recommended room size (300–350 sq ft), or ideally in the space where you spend the most time, such as your bedroom or living room. Choose a spot where air can circulate freely. Keep at least 50 cm of clearance at the air inlet, 10 cm at the air outlet, and ensure it is at least 1 metre away from electronic devices. Avoid placing the purifier in corners or tight spaces.
AirSHEL 058 uses 6 levels of air purification to remove a wide range of indoor pollutants:
- Dust, hair & large particles captured by the washable pre-filter
- PM2.5, PM10, pollen & fine particulate matter removed by the HEPA H13 filter
- Odours, smoke, VOCs & harmful gases absorbed by the activated carbon filter
- Bacteria & airborne microbes reduced using UV protection
- Harmful gases & organic pollutants broken down through the photocatalytic filter, which works with UV light to neutralise pollutants at a molecular level
- Ultrafine particles & residual pollutants neutralised through anion (ioniser) protection
Together, these stages help deliver cleaner, healthier indoor air by targeting both visible dust and invisible pollutants you breathe every day.
Air purifiers are very economical to run. The AirSHEL 058 has a minimal power consumption of approximately 55 watts at maximum fan speed, which is similar to a small LED bulb.
It’s not ideal to keep windows open while the air purifier is running. Air purifiers work best when windows and doors are closed, as this allows them to effectively recirculate and clean the same indoor air instead of constantly pulling in polluted outdoor air.
With a CFM of 180, the AirSHEL 058 can clean the air approximately 4 times per hour in a 350 sq. ft. enclosed room. This means the air in the room is continuously circulated and filtered to maintain cleaner, healthier indoor air.
One year warranty covers any kind of manufacturing defects. If the product is found to be irreparable at sight, we replace it on a no-questions-asked basis.
Absolutely. It’s built for all-day, all-night use, with 1, 4 and 8-hour timers and a child lock for peace of mind.
There are multiple ways to know this. One can easily see the darkening on the white surface of the HEPA H13 filter — if there are no white spaces visible, chances are your filter is completely choked. The other way is to suddenly see the PM2.5 display show higher values comparatively on a day-to-day basis. If you are unsure, speak to our customer support and we will guide you.
